LIFE UNADULTERATED
Redefining
Sobriety.
Sobriety isn’t punishment; it’s power. It’s the space to finally feel again, to want again, to remember that your body is not just something you use, but something you live in. But here’s the truth no one says out loud: getting sober as a gay man is a full identity crisis. When the substances go, the questions show up. Who am I without the high? Without the validation? Who am I when I’m alone? The process is ugly, and you will face cravings, boredom, loneliness, sexual rewiring, and emotional detox.
That’s why we do this together. We map your patterns. We rebuild your confidence. We design a life that actually feels good sober, not just “less bad.” No shame, no judgment, no hiding behind a persona. Just raw truth, real support, and the comeback of your life.

Hi, I'm Cole-
I consciously consumed my first substance at 9, then finally bottomed out for good at 27. Like a lot of gay men, I built my entire identity completely under the influence.
Traditional recovery saved my life, but it never reflected my full reality. No one was talking about the intersection of sexuality, shame, validation, body image, and the dark world of PnP. My problem wasn’t just substances, but rather the life and identity I built around them.
I didn’t get sober to sit in church basements retelling my worst nights; I got sober to build a life so inspiring and unrecognizable, getting drunk or just high wouldn’t stand a chance! Now, I help other gay men do the same.
You're in the right damn place if ..
-
You're sober (or holding on by a thread) and you don’t just want to stay clean; you want a life worth staying clean for
-
You’ve tried meetings, therapy, or doing it on your own, but nothing has helped you build a life that actually feels good sober
-
You look high functioning on the outside, but inside it feels like chaos, loneliness, and secrets
-
Sex, hookups, or chemsex have become emotional anesthesia, and you’re tired of losing days, dignity, or your sense of self
-
You’re sober on paper, but mentally still white-knuckling your way through cravings and loneliness
-
You know the party era is over, but you haven’t stepped into your next era yet
-
You can feel potential in your gut, but you have no idea how to access it
-
You’re scared sobriety will make life smaller, quieter, boring... and you want proof that it doesn’t
-
You’re ready for structure, accountability, a coach to help you build something bigger than just abstinence
