Recovery coaching isn’t 12-step sponsorship, therapy, or a hand-holding, feel-good pep talk (well, not always). It’s a compassionate, strategic partnership with someone who has overcome addiction and is willing to do whatever it takes to help you overcome yours. Together, we’ll map out how your addictive behaviors show up, identify current triggers, and take inventory of the past & present areas of life your addiction has impacted. We’ll dig into the reasons you're consuming, the"why's" behind getting sober, study your patterns, and design a personalized recovery game plan built for your unique reality. No two addictions are the same, and no one-size-fits-all solution exists.
If you’re looking for excuses, I’m probably not your guy. Works
1) Schedule a Connection Call
Let’s start with a 30-minute chat to explore where you’re at and where you want to be. Zero pressure, zero expectations, 100% casual. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll point you in the direction that is!
2) Book 12 Free Sessions
If we’re a fit, and choose to move forward together, we'll meet for 45 minutes each week for 3 months. Our work together is completely free of charge and I currently have space to work with 1 more guy.
3) Do The
Work
This is where the shift happens. We’ll meet regularly, stay connected via WhatsApp voice notes between sessions, and adjust as needed. You’ll get accountability, real-time support, and a strategy that sticks.

Me
I’m fun, fiercely loving, and 100% judgment-free. Chances are, I’ve done it, heard it, or seen it all. I live, eat, and breathe recovery—not as my whole identity, but because I know it’s the best damn thing I’ve ever done. Seriously, I think being sober is the sexiest thing on earth, and I want everyone to experience it. Recovery, for me, is an art form. Mine’s shaped by rigorous exercise, plants, deep relationships, new wild experiences, and a tight relationship with something bigger than me (call it God, the universe, whatever works). My coaching style? Direct, structured, and always from the heart. I won’t coddle you, but I will have your back every step of the way.
